The location of this place near the airport was perfect, and the competent staff made everything very good.

This hotel met the needs in every way, can't recommend highly enough. The staff was exceptional and very welcoming, the accommodation was ideal and clean. It was maximum 12 minutes drive to the airport. We had fantastic 1 day here, the room was spacious with a bath, a double bed, for example...

The location of the hotel was easy and ideal, to the critical shops. The breakfast had a good choice of options and included cereals, pastries, and fruit. The daily service was fantastic!

I found that once you are at the hotel and do not have transport you are isolated from shops, restaurants etc.

There were no hair dryer in the room , and would plefer a TV in the main bedroom and a restaurant in the hotel (roomservice)

The location was important to me so it is ideally situated on the Bedfordview side of Gilooly's interchange.

I didn't like that the room door opens up onto an open hallway as this made the room cold and uncomfortable as there was no individual airconditioner to set the room temperature. I also didn't like that there was no duvet on the bed, no hairdryer, no toilet paper and no amenities other than soap!

We had a great experience staying here in an apartment with a bath, 2 single beds, and voice messages, the location was excellent and within walking distance to Eastgate Shopping Centre.

No bar, limited food, small sparse room, no minibar, no fruit and water in room, miserable reception staff, untimely watering system during night, extremely expensive.

I liked that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The lulu coffee shop is open 24hours. And that the bed was so big and comfortable.

The staff is always attentive and efficient. the location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, just 1 mile from Gillooly's Farm Park. It is located in an area that is easy to find.

Good position and easy access to n1

Booked.net gave me a booking confirmation for r610 per room. But on arrival of the hotel, the lady at receiption insisted to charge me r650 per room. I therefore have to pay r80 extra without clear explaination. Very upset.

The hotel staff was very unprofessional. The was nobody at reception when we arrived.
